With that vision in mind, we began managing Elk River Senior Living, a choice 55+ community offering high-quality, comfortable homes and expert care as needed.

As we continued to grow and serve seniors, we recognized the opportunity to create an upscale community in the prestigious Twin Cities suburb of Eden Prairie. After obtaining highly sought-after property just off Highway 169 and Pioneer Trail, we began developing plans for a unique senior living experience, complete with independent apartments, assisted living, enhanced care, and specialized memory care neighborhoods. Prairie Bluffs Senior Living provides everything you can imagine for a worry-free lifestyle surrounded by the beauty of the Minnesota River bluffs.

With more than 45 years of combined experience, the Marquis executive leadership team leads both of these locations as they consistently provide personalized, compassionate support for residents and their families. We regularly apply our comprehensive skills for the betterment of care of older adults in Minnesota. Our attentive team incorporates today’s leading advancements in senior living with thoughtful consideration. We select only the latest technologies and incorporate engagement opportunities that contribute to an active lifestyle.

Because we’re owned and operated right here in Minnesota, our associates and executive leadership team work seamlessly for the good of the community. Each of our locations is connected to the surrounding areas through involvement with the local chamber of commerce, senior centers, churches, and community.
