I feel I am one of the few lucky people in this world that are genuinely excited to come to work every day. There is an awesome culture that has kind of just grown with our community since we opened and our residents and staff feel like they are family.

My position with Prairie Bluffs Senior Living as Concierge is the best! Stephanie Frederick, the VP of Sales and Marketing, enticed me to come out of retirement. She promised that I would not regret it….and she was right! Our management team, leadership, and the staff, not to mention our residents, make it a pleasure to come to work everyday!

I am so grateful to be a part of such an incredible community. It is a true gift to be here. I am able to use my strengths to the best of my ability and feel that I am making a difference every day. Prairie Bluffs is a living community filled with compassion, innovation, inclusiveness, and teamwork. It is a wonderful environment full of living, loving, laughter and learning.
